You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Title the email RETURN REQUST
3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that came with it.
4. Clearly mark the order number on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.


If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, please contact our customer support team to arrange for the exchange. You may be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the exchange.
